Questions about plans.

Which plan should I start on?

Business. Most sites don’t need changing often, so paying monthly for changes you may never ask for is money wasted. If you find yourself asking regularly, move up then — it takes one click and starts from your next payment.

What’s the difference between an edit and a feature?

An edit changes what’s already there — new photos, new wording, new prices, new opening hours. A feature is something new that has to be built, like bookings, payments or a members area. On Business an edit is £35 and a feature is £105. On Pro and Max you spend points instead: an edit costs one point, a feature three.

Do unused points roll over?

No. Points reset each month, which is another reason to start on Business and only move up when you know you’ll use them. If you go over, the extra is charged at the normal rate — £35 an edit, £105 a feature.

Is there a contract?

No. It’s monthly, and you cancel with a month’s notice. We transfer your web address to you when you go, so nothing is held over you.

What happens if I cancel?

We transfer the domain to you and help you move your content wherever you’re going. No exit fee, no holding anything hostage.
