Most sites don't need changing often, so Business is built to get you online and leave you alone. If you do want something after launch, an edit is £35 and a new feature is £105 — or move up to Pro or Max, which include points each month: an edit costs one point, a feature three. Everything you ask for in the original build is included whatever its size, and any live tool we set up for you, like a menu or your prices, is always free to change. Change plan any time.

Is the build really free?
Yes. There's no setup fee and no build fee — the £50 monthly price covers all of it. Your first month is paid when you sign up, which is what gets us started; you'll see a draft within a few days and be online within 10 days. Cancel any time with a month's notice.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business name, what you do, any photos or logos you have, and a rough idea of what the site should do. If you don't have photos or copy, we'll sort that too.
Who owns the domain?
We register it and look after it while you’re with us, so there’s no renewal to remember and nothing to set up. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you — it’s yours to take, at no cost.
What does a change cost once I'm live?
On Business, an edit to what’s already there — new photos, new wording, new prices, new opening hours — is £35. A brand new feature is £105, because it can take days to build. Most sites never need either, which is why Business doesn’t charge for them upfront. If you find yourself asking regularly, Pro and Max include points each month instead: an edit costs one point, a feature three. Pro gives you three a month, Max five.
Can I update things myself?
Yes — whatever we build you as a live tool, like a menu, your prices or a class timetable, is yours to change as often as you like, and it never counts as an edit. Design is the exception: a new homepage photo, new pictures or a change to how a page looks is design work, so it’s an edit at £35. If you can see yourself doing that most months, Pro includes three points a month and works out cheaper.
What if I need a feature that isn't listed?
Ask. Bookings, payments, loyalty schemes, stock lists, customer accounts — anything you ask for while we're building your site is included, however big. Adding one later is £105 on Business, or three points on Pro and Max.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, up or down. Changes apply from your next monthly payment.
What happens if I cancel?
Give a month's notice and that's it — no exit fee. We'll transfer your domain to you and help you move your content wherever you're going.
